1973 Lancia Fulvia
Freshly imported from Italy this Virginia based Fulvia is an absolute gem. One of 4440 Monte Carlo special editions produced, it is unlikely a twinsy alert will ever happen in any Target parking lot. The owner has all the papers, records and green cards and important boring stuff documenting this amazing machine. Including record of an engine rebuild 3623 Km ago, which is like 4 city blocks long.
On paper, I should hate everything about the Fulvia. Tiny 1.3L engine powering the front wheels of a car that wasn't really designed all that well. Somehow Lancia sauteed all these detestable things into a Cioppino for my senses. I can't get enough of these cars and the fact that this Fulvia is a celebration of Lancia's 1972 rally victory makes me want it all the more. Definitely a yearn level car for me. I pine for it.
Pros
- Owning a rally legend
- Very unique
- Get to pretend to be Sandro Munari
Not-so Pros
- None. It is perfect
- ...parts aren't super common?
