1974 Lotus Elan +2
If you or a friend is dead set on owning a right hand drive car but want to appear more...sophisticated than the average Skyline owner have we found the jalopy for you. This 1974 Lotus Elan +2 was fit with almost every option available, such as map lights, door lights, glove box lights and a ambient temp. gauge but above all other features is the 1.5L BIG VALVE engine. Special to just a few production years the BIG VALVE configuration provided a 20 bhp bump giving this beautiful Brit 126 bhp.
Teamed with small platform and light weight plastic body it moves quite well. Not that you would have to drive it at all to appreciate it. Subtle but distinctive lines on the outside and what looks to be an entire Red Wood for a dashboard on the inside. Soft seats and classic Smith's gauges it really is a treat for the eyes. Yeah, a R32 GTR will win in a race but would somehow look like a loser next to this.
