1999 Porsche 911
Are we as a society really going to value this 'exotic' less than a similar mileage Lexus SC430 convertible?
Okay, this is getting silly now. Are we as a society really going to value this 'exotic' less than a similar mileage Lexus SC430 convertible? Or a standard C4 Corvette? Really? The car does have 91k miles but crucially, the preventative maintenance that needed to be done is done. It has extensive records, the right wheels and amazing seats.
Honestly if I didn't collect projects like a spinster collects cats, I would buy this car and use it as a daily. This Porsche 996 is primed and ready to be someones long term adventure partner. It is not uncommon to see 911 engines last well past 300k miles (including air-cooled engines). I believe there is a lot of life left in this one.

Not-so Pros
- Suppose its not the most practical 2+2?
