This is one of the saddest videos I've ever seen. Don't worry, no one wrecks or blows up. Really no one does anything at all.  Just two well off guys sitting in chairs trying to stroke their ego. Sure, it is fun to see and hear these crazy machines perform but the matchup was far from fair.

The Lamborghini was out of it's league and I'm sure the driver knew it, hence the itchy trigger finger. On the other end the Porsche 918 sat back, had a cup of coffee and wrote a novel before it launched.

By far, what is most sad is while viewing the race from the cockpits it is hard not to notice that both drivers are not shifting. So not only is the car launching itself but the people aren't even skilled enough to pull a lever. At this point these cars are just extremely expensive theme park rides.
